1. Free installation for the first 200 meters of fiber cable from Fiber box ₱20.00 per meter for exceed fiber cable.
2. No lock in period.
3. No data capping.
4. No penalties.
5. No reconnection fees.
6. Repair Service 24 – 72Hours response time for troubleshooting & repair (Minimal fees may add depending on damage(s)).
7. All active devices (ONU, router, switches) and fiber optic cables installed at the client’s premises remain the property of EXIS Inc. The client is responsible for their care and any damage or negligence will incur charges. EXIS Inc. will recover its property when subscription ends.
8. No Refund Policy (Prepaid Service) This service is strictly prepaid. By completing payment, the Client acknowledges that the subscription fee applies to the selected service period in advance. Payments are non-refundable in cases of voluntary disconnection, non-use, relocation, suspension, or early termination initiated by the Client. However, this policy does not limit the Client’s rights in accordance with Philippine laws and regulations.

The internet is a complex network that can experience service interruptions.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that EXIS Inc. is not responsible for any losses, including but not limited to lost of data, profits, customers, or missed business opportunities. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to potential disruptions caused by fortuitous events such as natural disasters, downtime from main service providers, power outages, server failures, or fiber optic cable cuts which are outside of our control. EXIS Inc. shall not be liable for any illegal activities conducted within the client’s premises including but not limited to gambling, grooming, luring or pandering of victims. On the other hand, EXIS Inc. will cooperate with lawful authorities in the prevention and investigation as may be required by law. You acknowledge and accept these conditions with full awareness, understanding that this agreement aims to prevent future disputes and clarify our service limitations. All service plans guarantees 30% minimum speed and 80% service reliability.
We ask that you treat our customer service representatives, technical support staff, and other employees with respect to maintain a positive relationship.
